God has a purpose for you
YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO GOD

Finding a sense of significance and purpose becomes crucial in a world often marked by uncertainty and challenges. Our life challenges can overwhelm us. When it is not our struggles, it is someone important to us. We pray, press ahead, and trust our Heavenly Father. However, we occasionally pause to wonder about how the LORD sees us.  Am I necessary to the LORD if I am constantly battling something or somebody? Why do others overlook me? When will this trouble end, and why is the LORD not moving quickly? Embrace your purpose -You are important to God.

You are important to God. The Bible consistently reinforces the concept that God has a specific purpose for every person. Jeremiah 29:11. This assurance from God affirms that each individual's life is not a random occurrence but a part of a divine plan designed by the Creator. Recognizing one's importance to God involves embracing the unique purpose and destiny God has ordained for them.  To understand our purpose, we must walk circumspectly [Ephesians 5:15-17]. In Hebrew, circumspectly is shakai and means act wisely. Our decisions and choices are the fundamental reasons for our successes or failures.  The LORD gives us free choice.  We must walk circumspectly. We must maintain positive thinking while embracing your purpose.

The Bible emphasizes our immeasurable value. In St. Matthew 10:29-31, Christ Jesus assures his followers, "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet none of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows." This profound metaphor illustrates God's meticulous attention to the most minor details of our lives, emphasizing that each person is of immeasurable worth and is important to God.

Our challenge is overcoming the feelings of our Heavenly Father’s negligence. The Bible provides a comforting and empowering message in a world that often fosters feelings of insignificance. Psalm 139:13-16 beautifully captures the sentiment of God's intentional creation: This passage highlights the intricate craftsmanship of God in forming each person, dispelling any notion of accidental or insignificant existence. Feeling inadequate is the spirit of error [1 Corinthians 12:18-20]. We must embrace our purpose and what the LORD has gifted us.

As individuals grapple with the complexities of life, turning to the Bible provides a profound source of affirmation, reassurance, and empowerment. We must maintain positive thinking despite it all. Through the lens of these sacred texts, one can find solace in the unwavering truth that they are intricately woven into the divine tapestry of God's creation, and their significance is eternally anchored in His love and purpose.
